360 degree video

20 Jul 2015

*** NEW Youtube channel: www.youtube.com/ericpare ***

As opposed to my usual 360-degree bullet-time photography, I now offer 360 degree video service as a light-weight alternative. This is shot with only one camera. That means that you can not freeze a single moment in time, but many different kind of visuals can be achieved with it. See the rentals page for more details. This can also be used in live events through our mobile app xangle.

The whole kit fits in a box. It's a rotating arm and can be used as a circular slider to achieve perfectly smooth 360 degree videos.

This sequence has been made in my studio in Montréal using a Canon 5d3 + Sigma 15mm. I'll do some shootings outside when the rain is going to stop.
